Life can be overwhelming at times. Let's figure this out together with kindness and care. I am an anti-diet, intersectional, and trauma-informed social worker that uses an eclectic approach to support your goals, challenge unhelpful patterns and empower you to be your own therapist and biggest support. I will commit to your experience and my own deconstruction in our work together. I have experience working with children in foster care, families, and individuals from ages 2 to 82. I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, OCD and anxiety disorders, and grief. Grateful to be part of your growth journey!
