Hi there, I'm Cari!

Hi, I am Cari Varela, MS LPC-S, LSOTP, and I have been providing therapeutic services since 2007. I have provided individual, family, and group services for adults and children throughout my career.

My approach

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and client-focused approaches in order to help clientele through the therapeutic process.

My focus

I typically work with adults and adolescents. I have experience treating mood disorders, anxiety, relationship concerns, and treatment related to sexual assault.
