Hi there, I'm Tamra!

Tamra White, Licensed Professional Counselor, and Supervisor. I have been in individual practice for 18 years. I specialize in several areas of human behavior, including depression, anxiety, marriage/family, as well as LGBTQ + issues.

My approach

Throughout the years, I was afforded many opportunities to be involved in numerous treatment modalities and various client populations. My practice does not ignore one's need for change in the here and now.

My focus

My client focus encompasses family issues, anxiety, depression, adolescent concerns, as well as the LGBTQ + community.

I am affirming/open-minded while remaining direct and solution-oriented.

It takes courage to reach out for assistance. I acknowledge that and welcome you to an environment that asks questions and promotes change. In my practice, I strive to make the client feel safe and understood from the moment we meet. At this time, mental health issues may be amplified.
