Hi there, I'm Alicia!

My name is Alicia Brigham and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have over 10 years of experience conducting therapy and my approach is warm, yet direct. My main focus areas include depression, anxiety, boundary education, life transitions, and overall coping.

My approach

I often incorporate CBT, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing as my theoretical approaches. The needs of the individual client dictate my exact approach.

My focus

I typically work with clients who are seeking a positive change and are ready to be that change in their own lives. I am comfortable treating a variety of conditions, but most frequently treat depression, anxiety, general life stressors, and issues related to low self-esteem.

My communication style

I create a very inviting environment for my clients and let them know that our sessions are their safe place.
