My approach

Together we will decide the best approach to help you work through your concerns. CBT/REBT, Narrative therapy, EMDR or Solution Focused.

My focus

I work with teens and adults (15 and older) who are struggling with substance abuse, trauma, anxiety, depression, life transition, binge eating, relationship issues and unsafe coping skills.

My communication style

My journey to mental healthcare

I continue to do this work because I have seen countless people heal and experience a more full and satisfying life. I genuinely believe that we must be the change we want to see in the world.
