I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Therapist in Texas with over 13 years of experience working with diverse populations from age, ethnicity, depression, anxiety, community, schools, environmental/career changes, and social and emotional concerns.
My approach
My approach is client self-determination and solution-focused therapy – I genuinely believe in the power of the client. As a therapist, I will aid in finding the needs and connecting to provide the client with feeling fulfilled and empowered.
My focus
I work with individuals and specialize in treating anxiety, behavioral issues, depression, mood disorders, self esteem, relationship issues, and suicidal ideation. I am also open to exploring spirituality with my clients.
My communication style
My counseling style believes that as a therapist, I don't have all the answers, but collectively with the help from the client – WE CAN GET THERE!
My journey to mental healthcare
I earned my Master of Science in Social Work (MSSW) from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX. I completed the program between August 2017 and May 2019. I began accruing my clinical hours for licensure starting in July 2008.
