Hi there, I'm Reva!

Hello, I am Reva McMillan Ford! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 10 years of experience providing crisis intervention and mental health treatment. I earned my Bachelor of Science from The University of Louisiana at Monroe and my Master in Social Workers from Grambling State University. I’ve worked in many different clinical settings ever since. I am a passionate and empathetic therapist with strong counseling abilities and an understanding of interpersonal and familial relationships. I specialize in working with clients from diverse backgrounds and across the lifespan. I have experience leading clients through Depression, Anxiety, crisis, and stress management. Through clinical experience, compassion, and empathy, I support and assist those willing to make a positive difference in their lives. I pride myself in providing a safe and supportive space to work side by side to overcome traumas and barriers. I specialize in addressing stress management and crisis intervention through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Coaching, and Motivational Interviewing. I am fully committed to listening and offer my best professional practices to help you. You can count on my empathetic and person-centered approach toward every conversation we take part in.
