Hello, my name is Lorraine Hellman Robertson but I go by Rainey. I am a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC) in Montana, Colorado (LPC), Texas (LPC), and Florida (telehealth only TPMC524). My therapeutic approach is integrated and tailored to the best needs of the client. Offered are Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Person-Centered, Solution-Focused, EMDR, and Psychoeducation.

My focus
I have currently worked with adults and veterans experiencing addictions, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, trauma, couples issues, grief, life transitions, PTSD, CPSTD, domestic violence, sexual assault, and co-occurring disorders.
My communication style
I create a home atmosphere where my clients will feel safe and secure discussing their problems. The environment is non-judgmental and I am open to discussing any topic with my clients.
My goals for you
I prefer to set goals with the client that are realistic and reasonable to meet. I discuss goals with the client to ensure they are goals the client feels they can meet.
My first session with you
The initial sessions consist of building rapport and learning more about the client's background. I prefer to discuss why the client has sought out counseling and begun to set goals.
