My practice is rooted in trauma-informed care, liberation psychology, and evidence-based practices to support emotional health through enhanced coping, communication, and overall functioning in individuals, couples, and families. In a caring and non-judgmental environment, we can explore together the many corners of the human experience, from dating to family planning, sex, and intimacy, to grief and end-of-life. No matter the subject, I am endlessly amazed by my client's compacity for healing and growth!
