My name is Ms. Cherica Allen, but you can call me “Cher.” I am a licensed professional therapist and licensed family therapist associate in the State of Texas. I’ve earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Jarvis Christian College and a Master’s Degree in Counseling from LeTourneau University. I have over 15 years of experience working with adolescents, relationship issues, family conflict, and substance use disorders. My therapeutic approach is uniquely tailored to your needs.

The best therapeutic approach is the relationship that I have with you, there are many modalities, but I believe that you have the “tools” necessary to transform your “struggles into triumphs.”

I have over 15 years of experience in working with adolescents, relationship issues, family conflict, depression/anxiety disorders, traumatic experiences, and substance use disorders. My therapeutic approach is uniquely tailored to your needs.
My communication style
I will provide you with a nonjudgmental and warm environment that allows "you" to be you." My environment is accepting of all, providing you with the empowerment needed to create purpose, safety, and, most of all, peace.
