I am Angela Diehl, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I utilize primarily a Solution Oriented Approach to Therapy, which is essentially the process of seeking exceptions to the problems presented by clients. I have worked with Individuals, Couples, and Families from Adolescents to Adults.

My journey to mental healthcare
I first acquired an interest in psychology and therapy while working in a Defense Attorney’s office whose clientele included Juvenile offenders who needed mental health services. I continue to find fulfillment in guiding people in personal development by utilizing healthy coping and communication methods.
My goals for you
I ask them to utilize a Therapy Goals worksheet. We review them regularly. Progress Assessment tools/Scaling. We discuss problem resolution based on what has worked for them in their past.
