Hi there, I'm Czyz!

I'm a pro at creating a safe space that facilitates holistic healing for my clients. I am super motivated to work together with my clients to help them achieve their goals. I strive to help my clients increase their self-esteem and become super resilient so that they can overcome whatever obstacles they're facing. I am a graduate of the University of North Texas at Dallas with a Master of Science in clinical counseling. I use the CBT approach to therapy. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a form of psychological treatment that has been demonstrated to be effective for a range of problems, including depression, anxiety disorders, alcohol, and drug use problems, marital problems, eating disorders, and severe mental illness. Numerous research studies suggest that CBT leads to significant improvement in functioning and quality of life. Therapy can sound scary for some, but it's helpful to process past or current challenges. I will help you explore and alleviate unwanted symptoms, increase awareness, discover your strengths and resiliency, learn effective coping tools, and meet your goals of personal growth and healthier life.
