Hi there, I'm Rebecca!

Hello, I am Becky Gurr, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I help individuals who are struggling due to feeling stuck in life and are struggling to find better ways to manage. I have experience working with grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, addictive patterns, personality disorders, and adjustment difficulties. I look forward to working with you to better your life.

My approach

My approaches in therapy include Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Attachment theory informed therapy, Insight-oriented techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic approaches, and Motivational Interviewing therapy.

My focus

I enjoy working with adults who are struggling with mental health including depression, anxiety, and PTSD as well as grief and loss issues.

My communication style

In our work together, I strive to create an environment of collaboration. As we determine an understanding of you and your history, we can find ways to more effectively navigate the painful and difficult situations which often arise through life experiences.
