Hi there, I'm Harry!

My job is to create a safe, trusting, and inviting environment for your therapy to happen. Whether you are seeking help with past trauma, having problems with your mood, or just feeling stuck in your life, therapy should offer ideas, insights, and experience that can help to change the narrative of your life. I believe that every client has their own unique wisdom and perspective. Changes in one’s life occur when these skills are explored and assisted to become the drivers for new thoughts and behaviors. After more than 20 years of helping clients in this process, I feel qualified to assist with a wide range of challenges. Having raised a child on the Autism Spectrum to become a fully functioning adult, I can assist both families and young adults in navigating the path into adulthood. My early training was in a family therapy training program and, therefore, I feel competent working with both families and couples. I also have many years of treatment experience working with addiction and addicts in all phases of recovery. I believe abstinence is only one part of the recovery process.
