I have been a therapist for 12 years and have had the pleasure of working with a wide variety of people and diagnoses. I feel the most success in working with women that are struggling in the multiple roles they are required to fill in life—wife, daughter, mother, employee, homemaker, chauffeur, crisis worker, best friend and I could go on and on. Let me help you to better manage your life while taking better care of yourself and building your confidence and self-esteem.
