My journey to mental healthcare
With over 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, my journey to becoming a therapist was focused on treating the person with a whole health model approach. This includes the 8 facets of wellness: Physical, Mental/Emotional, Spiritual, Financial, Environmental, Career, Social, and Intellectual.
