Hello, and thank you for taking the first step in your journey to a better you! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor. My career spans twenty years of working with Adults, Kiddos, Couples, and Families through the multiple stressors life can present. I specialize in Depression, Anxiety, Substance Abuse, ADHD, Children's Behavioral Issues, Illness Management, and Trauma. I have an extensive history of working with Helping Professionals. I will bring to you my experience in current therapeutic models, and evidence-based modalities to help you find ways to cope at this time in your life.
My approach
Everyone has experienced different things; you will not find a one size fits all approach here. You are an individual and I place a high value on your needs and goals. Therapy is a process to move you forward, as we can often get stuck and bogged down in aspects of life. Though our sessions are tailored to your needs and where you are, you will come away with skills to cope with stress, emphasize personal self-care, and find solutions to solve difficult situations from the very start. My focus
I work with children aged 5 and up, Teens, Adults of all ages, Couples, and Families. I use a wide range of treatment methods. I am certified in multiple evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Psychotherapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Family Therapy, Couples Counseling, Solution-Focused Therapy, Art Therapy, Play Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Therapy.
My communication style
As a Psychotherapist my biggest strength is my background and experience. You will find my bedside manner as non-judgemental and that I will be working hard for you. Due to my experience, I can meet you where you are with a combined and wide range of treatment methods. I'm here for you, don't delay on a healthier self, household, and relationships today!

My first session with you
During the first session, I will make you as comfortable as possible, asking you questions about what brings you to Therapy today. I will listen, provide compassion and validate your experience. We will then work on identifying goals that are important to you.
