Hi there, I'm Raina!

Welcome, I’m Dr. Raina Feiszli, a graduate of Auburn University’s Counseling Psychology doctoral program, where I gained a strong foundation in the clinical skills that are necessary for productive counseling with a variety of populations and clinical concerns. Broadly, I approach my work from a Person-Centered theoretical orientation, while also integrating principles and techniques from Cognitive-Behavioral and Interpersonal therapies. I am a firm believer that in order for counseling to work, the relationship between client and counselor is of essential importance and must be built on togetherness, support, and collaboration. I strive to have a warm and empathic counseling style and believe that all cases are unique and call for careful consideration based on interactions between my client’s concerns, history, and their constellation of cultural factors. I feel honored to be able to support my clients in the process of exploring their lives and concerns. Together we will seek out and clarify stuck points so that my clients can build personal insight and begin finding ways to pursue their goals and enrich their lives.
