Hello - I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW, who enjoys spending time with family and friends. For the past 20 years, I have provided administrative oversight to school social workers in a large school division and have worked in my private practice. My goal is to support clients I work with to find joy and mental health wellness in their lives.
My approach
I work with clients using Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), using these clinical modalities supporting clients in therapy.
My focus
I am passionate about supporting individuals and families' mental wellness by assisting adolescents and families with finding solutions to improve their relationships and mood and find more happiness in their lives. I specialize in supporting adolescents to find solutions for the next steps toward college and career success and manage their strong emotions, such as anxiety, sadness, and anger, to have healthier relationships with their peers, teachers, and within their families. In our counseling sessions, we will focus on finding your goals for more holistic health, better relationships, and solutions for having peace and happiness in your life.
My communication style
I communicate via telehealth online therapy. Between therapy, I will respond to emails and provide ongoing resources and support between counseling sessions.

My first session with you
During the first session, I will assist you with coming up with your goals that will help you find solutions for what brought you into counseling services. We will define what progress monitoring toward your goals looks like, as well as what it will look like to end our work together.
