I am a certified trauma clinician with 10 years of counseling and life coaching experience working with multicultural clients across the lifespan. If you are experiencing challenges or just need someone to simply listen, I can offer you a safe place to process your feelings. If you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, stuck, or repeating patterns of undesirable behaviors, I will assist you in developing and practicing healthy stress management strategies to enhance life satisfaction. I am dedicated to assisting, encouraging, and supporting you to become the best version of yourself as we work together to increase your healthy coping strategies and total wellness. I will walk with you and guide you on your path of self-discovery and enhanced awareness by engaging you in reflective activities to increase joy and inner peace as you create a path filled with love, prosperity, and purpose.
