Hi there, I'm Elaine!

As a retired U.S. Army Officer with over 30 years of service, I’m dedicated to helping current military and fellow veterans recover from often “hidden” injuries. To this end, I specialize in anxiety & depression, trauma counseling, marital & couples counseling, transitions, gaming/internet addiction, and workplace (military unit) mobbing—defined as being bullied or excluded by one’s unit/team. Because I believe that God built us to live in balance and community, I engage in many interests outside the therapy room-for that reason, appointments may be limited. But, reach out. I’ll get you in as soon as I can.
