Thank you for looking at my profile. I am an LCSW, licensed in the state of VA, with many years of experience treating children, teens, adults, couples, and families. I enjoy working with clients from various backgrounds and across their lifespans.
My approach
I enjoy working with each client from a solution-focused perspective, using a variety of eclectic modalities. I believe in the dignity of each person and work with you to create an individualized plan to help you reach your personal goals for holistic wellness.
My focus
I am interested in treating PTSD, PTSD-C, especially within the military and first responder populations. I also have a great deal of experience and interest in helping clients (and their families) on the Autism spectrum.
My communication style
I communicate with empathy and clarity, focusing on understanding your unique needs. My approach is collaborative - we'll work together to identify solutions and strategies that resonate with you. Expect an open, judgment-free dialogue as we navigate the path towards your wellness goals.
