Hi there, I'm Tara!

My name is Tara Langston, and I am from Virginia. I have been involved in counseling for over 28 years. I started working in substance use disorders because I came from a family with addictions and discovered that folks with addictions could also have other mental health disorders. So, I did something I said I would never do again and went back to school for my Master's in counseling in 1992 and finished in 1994. I am very client-centered and believe the therapeutic relationship is significant for a client to move forward. I am a therapist who will be with you throughout your journey as it ebbs and flows. When you come for your appointment, the hour is yours. We will work on your goals and what you want to move forward towards. I hope to work with you in the future.
