My approach
I am eclectic and base my therapy on the needs of the client, I am well versed in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Rogerian Counseling and Psychodynamic Counseling. I use home work assignments and expect the client to work as hard as I do.
My focus
I work with clients who suffer from anxiety, particularly Post Traumatic Stress disorder and sexual abuse victims.
My communication style
I am intense in communication and am honest, providing feedback that open and results in change. My clients and I do have fun and we both grow.
