My approach
In our sessions, you can look forward to us exploring and processing the core issues that are challenging you. My approach draws from cognitive behavioral, humanistic, interpersonal and person-centered modalities with a focus on being culturally sensitive and trauma-informed.
My focus
I work with individuals, couples and families on issues including behavioral challenges, cultural stress, coping skills, depression, emotional disturbance, grief, trauma, PTSD, relationship issues and life coaching.

My communication style is warm, collaborative and focused on your unique needs and goals. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space for you to process your experiences and emotions.
My journey to mental healthcare
I was drawn to the mental health field through my desire to support others in living authentic, fulfilling lives. I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and completed my clinical training hours from 03/2018 - 03/2020.

My goal is to empower you with insights and strategies to navigate life's challenges, enhance your relationships, and move toward your highest potential. I'm here to walk alongside you with compassion and provide tools to increase your self-awareness and resilience.
My first session with you
In our first session, we'll discuss what's bringing you to therapy and collaborate to identify your objectives. I'll share more about my therapeutic approach and we can determine if we're a good fit. Most importantly, I aim to begin establishing a trusting relationship as the foundation of our work together.
