Hi, I am Angela Foster, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in VA, DC, and FL with ten-plus years of experience providing counseling services to a wide range of clients with various mental health concerns, including sexual abuse, depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and chronic illness. My approach
I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and psychodynamic therapy and employ various other effective strategies to help you become the very best version of yourself. I am passionate about helping others to reach their highest potential in all aspects of their lives.

I have been providing counseling services to a wide range of clients with various mental health concerns, including sexual abuse, depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and chronic illness.
