I've worked in various settings, including clinical, federal, intensive inpatient, school, and prison rehabilitative settings. In that work, I've developed skills to manage even the most complex disorders. I'm also an EMDR trained.

I have worked with people with various mental health issues for the past 14 years. I have been an LCSW since 2019. Prior to working in an outpatient setting, I worked with the homeless population for 5 years. My hobbies are gardening, hiking, and drinking too much coffee.
