Hi there, I'm Uvoltta!

My name is Francis. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona and a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in the state of Vermont. My background includes working in inpatient, community-based settings and private practice.

My approach

Since each client is unique, I take an eclectic approach with focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

My focus

I work with the following populations: anxiety/depression, veterans/first responders, couples/couples in or exploring the lifestyle/polyamory and other alternative relationships, terminal/chronic illness & end of life.
