Hi there, I'm Kristi!

I offer individual, family, and couple counseling. I come from a psychodynamic lens of treating past childhood experiences so you can live a happy and fulfilled life. Treating any traumas from your past is a crucial part of recovery and treatment. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). My goal is to support individual clients, couples, or families at a time as they find space to grow and repair relationships in a safe and therapeutic setting.
