Hi there, I'm Chalsey!

Taking the first step to seek therapy can feel beyond daunting and overwhelming. You might question whether opening up to someone about the things you struggle with will be worth it. I aim to create a safe environment where you feel comfortable showing up and a space that fosters self-awareness and exploration of the self! I believe therapy to be a collaborative process where you have an opportunity to explore life as well as things you may be struggling to cope with. I enjoy helping people explore the why’s in their experiences as well as the hows of confronting and moving through them. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, women’s issues, and trauma through art therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and narrative therapy, as well as utilizing breath work and meditation.
