My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing upon evidence-based treatments from Schema Therapy, Social Worker therapies, Psychodynamic, Cognitive-Behavioral, Transtheoretical Model, and Family Systems. I tailor my methods to each individual client to best address their unique needs and goals.
My focus
I work with individuals, couples, and minors aged 13-17. My areas of specialty include sleep/insomnia, panic attacks, anxiety, behavioral issues, bipolar disorder, depression, grief, life transitions, parenting, relationship issues, self-esteem, sexual addiction, stress, trauma/PTSD, suicidal ideation, and substance use.

My journey to mental healthcare
My path to mental healthcare began with a BA in Human Development and Psychology from Vanguard University. I went on to earn a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Along the way, I pursued specialized training in Schema Therapy, advanced Psychoanalysis, Mental Health Disorders, Treatment-Resistant Persistent Depression, Substance/Addiction Abuse Disorders, and Grief and Loss. As both a Pre-Licensed Psychologist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I bring a multifaceted perspective to my work.
