As a Psychotherapist, I believe that everyone should have the chance to fulfill their potential, make a positive impact on society, and have their voice heard. With extensive experience across various mental health settings, I am dedicated to empowering clients on their journey of personal growth and well-being.
My approach
My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing upon evidence-based treatments from Schema Therapy, Social Worker therapies, Psychodynamic, Cognitive-Behavioral, Transtheoretical Model, and Family Systems. I tailor my methods to each individual client to best address their unique needs and goals.
My focus
I work with individuals, couples, and minors aged 13-17. My areas of specialty include sleep/insomnia, panic attacks, anxiety, behavioral issues, bipolar disorder, depression, grief, life transitions, parenting, relationship issues, self-esteem, sexual addiction, stress, trauma/PTSD, suicidal ideation, and substance use.

As your therapist, I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and supported. Through open and collaborative dialogue, we will work together to gain new insights, develop coping strategies, and make positive changes in your life.
My journey to mental healthcare
My path to mental healthcare began with a BA in Human Development and Psychology from Vanguard University. I went on to earn a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Along the way, I pursued specialized training in Schema Therapy, advanced Psychoanalysis, Mental Health Disorders, Treatment-Resistant Persistent Depression, Substance/Addiction Abuse Disorders, and Grief and Loss. As both a Pre-Licensed Psychologist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I bring a multifaceted perspective to my work.

My first session with you
During our first session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy and collaboratively identify your goals. I will gather relevant background information and answer any questions you may have about the therapeutic process. This initial meeting allows us to establish a foundation of trust and understanding as we embark on this journey together.
