I am a licensed clinical social worker and CBT practitioner with decades of experience working with individuals navigating life's journey with chronic illness, grief, anxiety and depression.

I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), a highly effective and evidence-based approach that focuses on identifying and changing unhealthy patterns of thinking and behavior. CBT empowers you to target underlying causes of your issues and restructure and reframe them. With my guidance, you will learn to recognize cognitive distortions and unhealthy core beliefs, and use adaptive thinking strategies to turn them around, focusing on breathing skills and mindfulness.
