A Healthy Outside Starts from the Inside. My specialty is relationships. Not just the relationships you have with those around you, but the relationship you have with yourself. Life should not be a struggle; it should be an adventure you enjoy. Therapy can help you whether you are trapped in a routine that's no longer serving you, facing a new difficulty, or simply seeking to improve the general quality of your life.
My approach
Dr. Little has years of experience working with athletes and people in high-stakes professions to improve performance and eliminate performance barriers by reducing stress. Dr. Little knows that early interventions are important and that teaching mental techniques can be extremely beneficial. Dr. Little specializes in Sports Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. Over the years Dr. Little has had the opportunity to provide services to children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings including inpatient/outpatient, schools, community, and in-home-based. She is experienced in treating individuals with Depression, Anxiety, and life stressors/transitions.
My focus
Dr. Little knows that no matter the outcome, or what the individual thinks the outcome should be, we never learn anything without trying. She lives by the motto "Failure is when you stop trying."
My communication style
What makes me different from other therapists is my character and essence. It's all about the connection you have with the person you are working with. If you don't feel a connection then you won't feel safe to really explore the depth of what's going on. Scratching the surface will not get you to where you want to be.
My journey to mental healthcare
I got into the field of Social Services because I'm all about advocating to create change. I enjoy engaging with people and I believe that we have the ability to be the best versions of ourselves and sometimes we need help doing that. I love to see the outcomes of that work that is what drives me!
My goals for you
Taking the first step can be the scariest part. You can always come up with reasons and excuses as to why you don't just pick up the phone and reach out. It doesn't have to be scary, in fact, the end result should feel great. I provide a safe space for you to discover and reconnect with who you are and where you need help and set goals to build a successful future. Let's take that first step together.

The first session is an opportunity for the client and myself to get to know each and my goal is to create a safe place for the individual to be their authentic self and feel secure while sharing their life experiences.
