I am Ranee Sahachartsiri, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have effectively implemented a warm, client-centered therapeutic approach to partner with my clients in their journey to wellness.
My approach
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Solutions Focused Therapy.

I have treated clients who suffer from Depression, Anxiety, Trauma
My communication style
I create a warm and nonjudgmental environment for my clients and am culturally sensitive. I use a strengths-based approach to help clients recognize that they have the tools to succeed. Most of my clients will tell me that they feel better by the end of the session.
My journey to mental healthcare
I became a therapist by accident and later on, realized that this is my calling. I enjoy helping people to reach their full potential by recognizing the strengths they have within them.

We explore and develop treatment goals together in a partnership.
My first session with you
The first session will be an assessment where I will obtain background information and precipitating events to identify goals we will be working on during future sessions.
