My name is Dr. Vera Melkumyan and I am a licensed psychologist. I have a warm and non-judgmental approach to treatment. I utilize a combination of therapeutic modalities including CBT, psycho-dynamic and solution-focused.
My approach
I have a warm, client-centered approach that focuses on current problems and how they may have been influenced by childhood experiences. I assist clients with identifying solutions to current issues and ways to bolster coping skills with the goal to help individuals be the best versions of themselves.
My focus
I have treated clients of all ages ranging from children to elders. I am comfortable treating individuals who suffer from mild to severe mental health disorders. My goal is to improve people's ability to function and to provide support during difficult transitions in their lives.

I provide a comfortable therapeutic setting for clients that focuses on individual client needs. I have a collaborative approach and communication style.
