Hi there, I'm Savita! As a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) with 16 years of experience, I work with individuals, couples, youth, and families. I specialize in helping people overcome challenges related to depression, anxiety, trauma, family crises, sexual abuse, relationship struggles, adolescent issues, and parenting.

My journey to mental healthcare
I earned my Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from an MFT program, which laid the foundation for my career in mental healthcare. My passion for helping others navigate life's challenges and improve their well-being has been the driving force behind my work as a therapist for the past 16 years.
