Hi there, I'm Luis!

I have more than 14 years of experience as a therapist treating an array of issues such as depression, anxiety, general stress, and relationship issues. I look forward to serving you.

My approach

I take an approach that views my clients as the experts of their lives with me in a supporting role. For that reason I always encourage clients to take the lead in planning goals and approaches to help address their issues.

My focus

I mainly focus on working with clients over the age of 18. I unfortunately do not see children, nor do I work with couples.

My communication style

My communication style is direct, but warm hearted and caring in delivery. I also will interject a little humor every now and then to lighten up the mood.
