Sometimes during life's journey, you may need some compassionate, professional, confidential support in order to make the transition through difficult times more productive and relieve distress. I am available to meet with you in a scheduled personal interview to assess the situation, discover possible solutions with you, and resolve issues that get in the way of you being the best self you want to be and having more stable relationships.
My approach
While a person can feel better after a good talk with a friend or relative, talking with a trained professional helps alleviate emotional distress by learning better ways of coping, resolving past issues, and improving communication. I take a respectful, non-judgemental approach to therapy and am nonbinary-inclusive in my practice. I draw on an array of treatment modalities tailored to client's individual needs. I have training in CBT, couple therapy, solution-focused therapy, EMDR, mindfulness, and use an integrated model of treatment.

I have 30+ years of experience working with individuals and couples. My specialties include depression/anxiety, trauma, OCD, and relationship/couple therapy, bereavement therapy. I am available to see individuals and couples.
