Hi. My name is Jennifer Ogoke and I work with adults in California that desire a private space to talk through matters affecting their emotional and mental wellness. I am dedicated to helping adults better understand and navigate life's journey.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to mental healthcare began with clinical hours at Optimist Youth Homes in Los Angeles in February 2003. I completed my clinical hours in July 2007 at Five Acres in Altadena, CA. This experience set me on the path of helping adults with their emotional and mental wellness.

My goal is for you to gain greater understanding and tools to navigate your life's journey. I aim to provide clarity on your concerns and support you in finding real solutions that work for your unique situation.

In our first session, you can expect me to provide a welcoming, non-judgmental space for you to share your thoughts, feelings and experiences. We will discuss what is bringing you to therapy and begin to identify your goals. This will lay the foundation for our work together to enhance your emotional and mental wellness.
