Hi there, I'm Linda Marlene!

As a Marriage and Family Therapist with ten years of experience, I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate complex relationships, mental health issues, substance abuse, career challenges, and other life struggles. My goal is to provide a comfortable, non-judgmental space for you to openly explore difficulties and unique challenges.

My approach

I approach therapy with the understanding that problems can arise within individuals, relationships, or family dynamics. By working together, we can sort through these issues and foster a safe environment for healing. Whether you are facing personal struggles, relationship conflicts, or family difficulties, I am here to support you on your journey.

My focus

I work with individuals, couples, families, and minors (ages 13-17) dealing with a wide range of concerns. My specialties include ADHD, addiction, aging, anxiety, bipolar disorder, coping skills, depression, grief, LGBTQIA+ issues, life transitions, relationship issues, self-esteem, substance use, trauma, and more.

My communication style

You can expect a warm, empathetic, and collaborative communication style in our sessions. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and validated. Together, we will work towards your goals at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to mental healthcare began with a deep passion for helping others. I earned my Master of Science degree from Loma Linda University, where I gained the knowledge and skills necessary to support individuals and families in their healing process. With a decade of experience, I continue to be inspired by the resilience and growth I witness in my clients.

My goals for you

My primary goal is to empower you with the tools and insights needed to overcome challenges, build resilience, and lead a more fulfilling life. Whether you are seeking to improve your relationships, manage mental health symptoms, or navigate life transitions, I am committed to supporting you every step of the way.

My first session with you

In our first session, we will focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship and understanding your unique needs and goals. This is an opportunity for you to share your story, express your concerns, and ask any questions you may have. Together, we will develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific situation and aspirations.
