Hello, my name is Carmen Mcclain and I am a licensed clinical social worker providing mental health services to those who are experiencing mental health symptoms.
My approach
I gravitate towards a client-centered and narrative therapy approach to facilitate the process of understanding how you can build a sense of confidence within yourself. Step by step, I will walk alongside you providing support, compassion, and guidance to help you build a more confident sense of self.
My focus
I specialize in working with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, parenting challenges, self-esteem issues, and women's issues. My aim is to meet you where you are and provide the care you need.

My journey to mental healthcare
I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from California State University, Dominguez Hills. During my studies from August 2016 to May 2018, I developed a passion for helping others improve their mental well-being and live fuller lives.
