Welcome! Are you done with feeling overwhelmed with negative feelings that impact your quality of life? Looking for some support? Well, I would love to work with you! I have been working in the mental health field for 6 years. I’ve worked in schools, in homes and hospitals. I’m will be excited to meet you and always want everyone to feel comfortable and respected. I use cognitive behavioral therapy and behavioral activation to treat depression, anxiety and stress, Low self-esteem, and also enjoy doing EMDR to treat trauma and negative beliefs that get stuck and have not responded to other modalities. I want you to feel excited about life again!
