As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 20 years of experience, I believe that counseling is not just for the "sick" or "broken" but also for courageous individuals committed to improving their lives mentally, physically, and spiritually. I'm here to assist and provide guidance on navigating the mental barriers restricting you from achieving balance and wellness.
My approach
I utilize treatment modalities such as Solution Focus Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My approach is holistic, catering to each individual's unique needs. I provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment for people to express themselves and work through internal conflicts and daily problems.
My focus
My area of expertise is supporting individuals throughout life stages that may cause feelings of imbalance, chaos, and vulnerability. I work with those experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, and addiction/recovery issues. I am willing to see individuals and specialize in anger management, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem, substance use, trauma, and PTSD.

This initial session is an opportunity to build rapport and create a strong foundation for our therapeutic relationship.
