Do you struggle with anxiety and fear? Do you feel there is something more and are ready to discover the happiness that comes from being true to yourself? I work with women to help them recognize their inner strength and power, release fear and anxiety and step into a joyful life. I provide guidance and support from a strengths base perspective. When we work together, I will utilize holistic/integrative therapy techniques and solution-focused therapy to draw on your strengths to reach your unique goals.
