My journey to mental healthcare
Growing up, we all face different challenges. Some of us may feel awkward, out of place, and isolated, while others seem to effortlessly "fit in." Depending on your preferences and comfort level, we may incorporate art therapy, and activities between sessions to begin your healing process.
