I believe everyone will experience some psychological or emotional difficulty at one time or another in this life. I also believe that reaching out for help is a true sign of strength.
My approach
I practice from a holistic perspective, which takes into consideration the mind, body, and spiritual elements of our existence. Together, we will work to develop a treatment plan that examines the underlying causes of your challenges, develop coping skills that will alleviate your symptoms, and solutions to help you achieve a higher level of functioning.
My focus
I am willing to see individuals and specialize in treating anger management, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, divorce, grief, life transitions, relationship issues, self-esteem, self-harming, sexual abuse, stress, suicidal ideation, trauma and PTSD, and substance use.
My communication style
I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can openly share your thoughts and feelings. My communication style is warm, empathetic, and direct. I listen actively and ask questions to deeply understand your perspective. Together, we'll explore your challenges and work collaboratively to find meaningful solutions that resonate with you.
