Hi there, I'm Shelly!

Have you experienced depression, loneliness, or trauma? My name is Shelly Keller and I've been practicing as an LCSW for the past 12 years. I have extensive experience working with trauma, grief, adoption, depression, foster care, and relationship issues. My personality is positive and empowering. My personal philosophy is not to judge but to empower people. I have been working in the field of social work for over 22 years and have been involved in empowering people from different life circumstances during this time. I know that no single approach is the right one for every individual, which is why I have been trained in several modalities of therapy including Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Psychodynamic, Humanistic, and Interpersonal. I am very passionate about assisting others in finding ways to cope with the issues we are faced with throughout life.
