As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Strength-Based, Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing, and more to help you live the way you want to. We will collaborate together so that you can achieve your version of healthy emotional well-being. I have 7 years of experience working with individuals from adolescents to the elderly with various degrees of mental health concerns. I am bi-cultural and I am comfortable working with individuals from diverse socio-economic backgrounds and ethnic groups. I look forward to working together!
