I draw from modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Client-Centered Therapy, Coaching, Compassion Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, Feminist Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Multicultural Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Racial Trauma Recovery, Relational Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Supportive Therapy, and Trauma Focused Therapy. I tailor my approach to provide personalized, culturally relevant strategies to help each individual accomplish their unique goals.

I work with individuals, including minors aged 13-17. Some areas I specialize in include anxiety, coping skills, cultural stress, depression, family conflict, job stress, LGBTQIA+ issues, life coaching, life transitions, mood disorders, racial identity, racial trauma, relationship issues, self-esteem, stress, trauma and PTSD, and women's issues.

My journey to mental healthcare
I received my MA in Counseling Psychology, which set me on the path to becoming a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. With over 7 years in practice, I am passionate about helping individuals work through challenges and make positive changes in their lives.
