I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and I value using a whole-person and empathic approach in every session. As an LCSW, my goal is to help individuals improve their mental health, address relationship difficulties, and adjust to challenging life changes.

I have experience working with various populations ranging from transitional-age youth (15-25) to adults and older adults. I have experience working in mental health, medical social work, and substance abuse, both inpatient and outpatient.

I work from a trauma-informed and client-centered perspective. I use CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused and Strength-Based interventions to help you build skills, understand patterns, and create meaningful change. My approach adapts to your unique needs and strengths.
